2009 VMI Winter Relays

The Generals Headed Across The Street To VMI This Weekend To Compete Against Division 1 and Division 3 Schools.  11 Top-five performances and 2 School Records Highlighted The Meet.

Grace Andrews placed 2nd and set a new school record in the 20lb Weight Throw with a toss of 44'6".  She came back to place 4th in the Shot Put with a 34'1" mark.  Summer Lollie set a new school record in the 55m dash crossing the line in 7.45 to place 3rd.  Alysen Kuck placed 2nd in the High Jump clearing 5'0.  Maggie Sutherland was the 4th D3 finisher in the 55 Hurdles with a time of 9.21.

Billy Billington placed 2nd in the 35lb Weight Throw with a toss of 48'5.25".  He was also the 2 D3 finisher in the Shot Put with a mark of 44'11".  Ryan Castle placed 3rd in the High Jump clearing 6'2" and Brian Bondurant was 4th in the Triple Jump with a mark of 40'10.25"
